Oh, man, I’m wiped out. Everything hurts and I just want to lay down. I have to cook dog food before bed so it’ll be another 2 hours or so till I can go to bed.
Tonight I worked Butt/legs and this is what I did:
Couch Bridge
Lateral Step Up
Leg Lifts
Touchdown
Explosive Lunge
Cross Ankle Lifts
Two Part Squat
Butt Kicker
Butt Lift
I was going to do abs too, but my ass was too seriously kicked for me to have the energy. I ache all over and need to lay down lol. Plus, my shoulders, neck, and arms are totally sore and exhausted from the killer workout I did yesterday.
Upside: My arms are freaking beautiful and they look totally different than they did 2 days ago even. Wicked!
