Wow! We’re officially in the month of October, which is my power month. I’m excited. Lot’s of great things are happening this month.
One of the great things that happened today was my arm workout. I missed two workout days because my last workout day added more pain to my already painful injuries from the chin bar falling, so I wanted to give it a rest. It was a great workout last time, but it was too much for those injuries.
Today is a little better and I wisely skipped the straight bar this time since it put so much strain on my injured wrist last time. I’m resisting doing abs on my bench until my foot is a little better because sitting the way I do on my bench to anchor myself places a lot of strain on the top of my feet.
Today I did:
3 sets - triceps
3 sets- triceps kickbacks
3 sets - alternating dumbbell bicep curls
3 sets - incline dumbbell bicep curls
3 sets- heavier alternating dumbbell bicep curls
1 set- lateral dumbbell raises for delts (shoulders)
and one more set of something else that is slipping my mind.
Tomorrow I plan to hit legs.

That’s a great strategy,focus on the arms one day and the legs and other day that’s the way to get fit. Keep mixing it up!
